Lodge an Online Complaint to Airtel

If your complaint is not resolved by Airtel Cares, lodge a grievance with the Airtel Nodal Team.

Step 2: Select your region and call on the given number or mail it to the concerned authority. Mention the issue in the mail or visit the given office address.

Step 3: Provide the reference number of your complaint to the concerned department to get a faster resolution of your previous complaint.

Step 4: Take the reference number after the successful registration of your complaint to Airtel Nodal Authority to track the status of the complaint. You can ask the reason for not resolving the previous complaint by mentioning it in your grievance application.

Step 5: Please get the details of the resolution period (maximum 30 days). If your issue is not resolved within the given period of the Airtel Nodal Team. You should file a complaint to the Airtel Appellate Authority.
