PVVNL has provided an easy way, where you can register your problems. The integrated complaint registration portal is available on the portal of UPPCL for all Discoms.

Step 5 – Send a “Hi” message and select the “register complaint” option and send the number that is given in front of it. If the mobile number is not registered with the account, register it by providing the account number of UPPCL.

Step 6 – Select the complaint category and sub-category and get the complaint reference number to track your complaint.

If your issue is still not solved or unsatisfied with the final resolution, you can approach to Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, UPPCL.

Register Online Complaint

Customers of PVVNL can also register an online complaint about the issues of electricity services. To register your online complaint follow these steps and information as per your requirement.

Step 1 – Click on “Online Electricity Complaint to UPPCL” and follow the procedure to register your complaint to PVVNL.

Step 2 – If your complaint is not resolved or unsatisfied with the decision of the PVVNL, you can lodge a grievance to Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, UPPCL (PVVNL Forum).

Step 3 – If further your grievance is not resolved or unsatisfied with the final decision of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), you can approach Electricity Ombudsman Office, UPERC and know the procedure to file an appeal or petition.
