How to Lodge Grievance to VI Appellate Authority/Nodal Team

VI Appellate Authority takes cases or grievances that are not resolved by the VI customer care within the given time period or is unsatisfied with the final resolution.

You can lodge a grievance to VI Appellate Authority by following these steps. Read carefully the procedure to submit a successful application.

Note: Required Information to Lodge Grievance:

  • Must file an appeal within 30 days of the final decision of the VI Customer Care.
  • Mention the Docket Number (Unique Complaint reference Number to get the history of your issue and decisions).
  • The final decision of the Appellate Authority will be given within 39 days after the successful submission of the application.
  • Time of Office: Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 6 PM.

Procedure:

Step 1: Visit the link of VI Appellate Authority: Complaint to VI Appellate Authority

Step 2: Write the application to the VI Appellate Authority or call on the given number by the Appellate Authority of your zone or circle (State). You can also e-mail.
